Possibly the best and very nice stay out of town. Brand-new and neat room, with a great bed, brilliantly friendly stuff. Good food options. All in all magnificent location, near Wright Patterson AFB, Wright State University, and the Air Force Museum as well as restaraunts and shopping as well as Dayton.

The room was really nice with a comfy bed and a cool, modern design. 🛏️ Plus, it was super bright and clean. The best part was the location - it was so convenient being close to The Mall at Fairfield Commons. Just a short walk away!

Easy access to Beavercreek area. There was no included breakfast, but we were given a voucher for breakfast during the week because of a delay in being checked in. Service in the "bistro" was quite good.
One bed appeared to have old stains on the bottom sheet and the room was not cleaned/made up thoroughly on a couple days. Not what we expected for what we considered a pricey stay.

It was a clean room with little else to make it anything special.
VERY, VERY expensive for basically nothing but a clean room. No complimentary breakfast, free WIFI was so slow it was useless and I was not about to pay $5.99 for an alleged faster connection. For the entire weekend they had a packing blanket hanging in one of the elevators. There are very few hotels in the area but I learned there are three more under construction. Once there is some competition the Courtyard Dayton Beavercreek will have to make a lot of changes if they want to be competitive.
